PERFORMANCE COACHING
As a Master Practitioner of NLP and a certified NLP Sports Practitioner, Lynne-Marie works on a 1:1 basis with a small number of professional and amateur sportspeople, actors and entertainers to consider the mental performance aspects of their endeavours.
HR CONSULTANCY
We offer a bespoke consultancy service to respond to your HR management issues. Our consultants are all CIPD qualified and all have held high level HR positions within industry.
'CAN DO' COACHING
We have worked with a number of senior executives and people within organisations who are facing specific challenges in their role or with their personal development.

Established in 2003, we design and deliver inspirational training programmes with energy, integrity and enthusiasm. We provide consultancy services in the area of human resources as well as providing executive coaching services. Creative Concepts is an international consultancy and we believe people are the foundations of business success.
Our track record is impressive across both public and private sector organisations in the UK, Europe, The Middle and Far East. We have worked with many large national and international organisations including Punter Southall, PKF, the London Stock Exchange, DHL, P & O Nedlloyd, Portsmouth National Health Service Trust and London Borough of Hounslow Council to name but a few.
Creative Concepts is run by Lynne-Marie Kelly B.A. (Hons), FCIPD, NLP Master and Sports Practitioner supported by a team of talented consultants - all are inspiring and engaging presenters with a wealth of experience, expertise and sound commercial acumen.
