Lynne Marie Kelly

Lynne-Marie has delivered over 100 inspirational management and leadership events and has spoken at the CIPD Annual Conference on the topic of “Positive Personal Leadership”. Her relaxed and informal manner ensures attendees feel engaged, involved and encouraged to take action.

A highly credible consultant with exceptional learning and development expertise, Lynne-Marie has been employed by, and consulted for, a wide range of well known household names as well as a variety of public sector organisations. She has a passion for making a difference and brings her own unique style and enthusiasm to any assignment. 

 

Clients may be assured of a truly collaborative approach to the identification and implementation of solutions to the people challenges within their particular business or organisation.

Mike Norman
Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

 

Mike is an HR and finance professional with over 20 years’ experience in learning and development. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in 1990 achieving a top ten finish at conversion course level and first time passes in all professional examinations. He also achieved Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. His work career has included successful spells in direct marketing, sales, learning and development, finance and senior management. He has been delivering training courses since 1996 both on an operational basis for staff from a variety of organisations and also for students studying for professional examinations. Mike was Managing Director of a leading HR services group – responsible for over 150 staff across 6 specialist divisions including training programme delivery, recruitment and education services provision.

Mike is an experienced trainer whose expertise lies in the world of finance, management and personal skills. Mike facilitates a broad range of tailored financial training programmes.

Victoria Young
MSc in Psychological Anthropology

As a coach and facilitator, Victoria uses her expertise in Positive Psychology gained through fifteen years of working in corporate Learning and Development, with a background in the NHS (Psychiatry) and academia (Psychological Anthropology). Victoria is a passionate advocate for the potential in others from the boardroom to the football pitch. She studied for her MSc in Psychological Anthropology furthering her understanding of cross cultural psychology, and our assumptions around identity, wellness and belonging.  Radiating warmth and energy she challenges opinions, practices and convention to inspire new perspectives, ideas and solutions in support of her clients' performance.

 

Victoria is an experienced coach working both face to face with leaders and leadership teams as well as using remote telecoms. She has coached leaders and executives for national and global businesses based in Europe, the Middle East. Africa and North America.  Victoria also designs and facilitates a variety of development interventions and has a particular interest in creating cultural change through workshops and leadership conferences, which he has facilitated from Poland to Dubai. She specialises in creating coaching cultures through “Powerful Conversations", Personal Resourcefulness and the development of leadership teams.

Sophie Edmond
Associate Member of the CIPD

Sophie has over 16 years’ experience as a people development specialist gained with large organisations such as Volkswagen Group, Three, and Virgin Media. Sophie is an Associate member of the CIPD.

 

As a Deliverer, Facilitator and Presenter, she is experienced in designing and delivering a range of learning solutions to support behavioural change.  Sophie specialises in supporting individuals and teams with a wide range of development interventions to achieve their goals and high performance. Having worked across a diverse number of sectors, Sophie has developed a wide-ranging appreciation of organisational and people challenges. This appreciation has

supported her in working with organisations with management development, performance management and organisational change as well as team building utilising psychometric tools such as DISC, SDI, and MBTI Step 1.

 

Her strengths are communication, optimism and enthusiasm. Her style is engaging, authentic and impactful. She is also energetic and fun and really enjoys inspiring others to get them thinking about their potential and possibilities.

 

She enjoys bringing to life tools and theories yet also exploring real situations to come up with solid and practical solutions that can easily be applied either back in the workplace or outside it. What she is most passionate about in her work is the learner experience by getting people excited about what they are going to do and their transformation. 

Sandra Mansfield
Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring, 
Certified MiRo® Practitioner

 

With a solid commercial background in IT and Telecoms, Sandra has spent the past 10 years involved in developing individuals and teams though facilitation, coaching and the design and delivery of both University accredited and bespoke learning and development programmes.  Working in a variety of sectors including health, manufacturing, retail and defence, she has been responsible for a range of successful programmes covering topics such as management, leadership, coaching and project management. 

 

Sandra excels at candidate engagement through flexible delivery, effective coaching and her ability to encourage the linking of theoretical concepts to practical application.  Her commercial background and life experience enable her to "make it real" for candidates and her supportive approach encourages individuals to take action to contribute not only to their own development, but also to that of their teams. 

 

Sandra holds an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring, is a Certified MiRo® Practitioner and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. 

Caroline Sullivan
Masters in Human Resource Management

 

Working for a ‘top 5’ global law firm, Caroline managed IS projects that spanned

Europe and Asia for 8 years.

 

After qualifying with a Masters in Human Resource Management she then worked for 5 years as an HR and then L&D manager for a leading book retailer where she managed departmental restructures; recruitment and performance management.

 

She coached senior managers in relation to their line management responsibilities and challenges and managed company wide ‘Fast Track’ leadership development programmes. She now combines her understanding of corporate and commercial environments in her work as a facilitator and coach.

 

Since 2006 she has delivered management and leadership programmes to individuals and groups for a range of clients and corporate cultures.

Caroline’s style is empowering and facilitative. She aims to create a rich environment for personal and professional growth.  Inclusivity; a sense of fun; learning through experience; group and peer discussion; encouraging contribution and involvement are key elements of her approach. Her clients appreciate her warmth, perceptive insights and ability to provide the right level of challenge and stretch.

Denny Aston
MCMI, Practitioner NLP, Member BPS – Listed on RQTU

 

Denny is an enthusiastic, inspiring and professional coach/trainer with specialist expertise in leadership development. She is comfortable working at all levels in organisations from coaching Board members to working with team leaders and groups of Managers to develop confidence and competence.


She also has sound commercial awareness, is results focussed and has the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.


A very experienced and engaging presenter who has worked with a huge range of clients from varying industry sectors and brings a wealth of expertise to any programme or coaching intervention.


Denny is a member of the British Psychological Society and holds entry on the Society’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU).
